今回、堀切川教授の技術相談により、限界と思っていた技術が改善しました。組紐（くみひも）の〝生産設備?の改良です。これはまさに生産技術の開発と改善の成果です。企業のノウハウが含まれているため詳細についてはご紹介できませんが、この技術改善により、今まで苦労していた極細な組紐の生産工程の中で、ロスが減り、安定した高い生産性と均一な品質を同時に手に入れることが出来ました。この設備の改良により、他の技術も見直すきっかけとなり、生産性を高めるための大きなカギとなったのです。現在は、今回得た技術を発展させて、新商品の開発へ挑戦しています。株式会社シラカワ二本松工場企業情Ｐ9報:3技術相談「効率良く組紐を生産したい」T acigolonhce l Consultation: Efficient braiding of materialCommunication woven by threadShirakawa Co., Ltd. Nihonmatsu factoryWith advice from Professor Horikirigawa through technological consultation, we were able to make improvementsin our braiding equipment that we hadn’t thought possible.This was achieved through the development and improvement of production technology.Although confidentiality prevents us from providing details,this technical improvement allowed us to reduce loss in the production of superfine braids while improving stability,productivity and consistency. Improvement of the equipment also gave us the chance to review other technology,which led to even greater improvements in productivity.
