あるようで無い、身近で小さなアイデア商品「べら丸」は、薄さ、軽さ、フィット感を兼ね備えた実用的な靴べらです。いつでも持ち歩けて、スマートに取り出すことができるように、「名刺入れ」に入るサイズで作られています。本業は金属の精密加工ですが、一企業としては下請けが主な中、お客様と直に触れる最終商品を作りたい、という思いが強かったとのこと。当初はもちろん自社の技術を活かした金属での試作からスタート。しかし、材質や風合い、さらには、モニタリングからの改善点が多数見られ、開発は難航。試作を重ねた結果、材質は金属ではなく樹脂の方が質感も良く、かかとや靴にも優しいという事により、硬質塩化ビニール材を使用することに決定しました。自社の技術にだけこだわっていたら世に出なかった「べら丸」。他社の協力を得ながら、自社商品を生み出せたことは、小回りが利く中小企業の強みであると言えるでしょう。株式会社タカワ精密A tcudorprailimafarofaediwenasetaercnoitavonnirevelcVELAMARUShoe Horn?
